Everywhere we turn, people are either writing or talking about it. Well it is the life support for organisations. Employee engagement, an employee’s willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty, is in an anemic state. Employees do not give a hoot about your company or customers but are there to collect their cheques. They leave their brains at the gate and galllop to their workstation. It is their fault or leaders? Organisations continuing to do more of the same to improve engagement isn’t going to move the needle. What is lacking? Do you know how to?
